Healing
I am going to share some healing scriptures with you each day. Take these scriptures and meditate on them, speak them aloud and make them your confession of faith. The first one is one of my personal favorites:
“But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” - Romans 8:11 (NKJV)
Here is the second of my Healing Scriptures offering for today, Tuesday March 23, 2020. Why do I call them healing scriptures? Because God said: "For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh." Proverbs 4:22
"Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless
the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who
healeth all thy diseases." - Psalm 103:1-3
Read these scriptures and say them aloud. Personalize them for yourself. Something like "who forgiveth all MY iniquities, who healeth all MY diseases." My prescription: take all of the healing scriptures 3 times per day, just like you would take medicine prescribed by a doctor.
Healing Scriptures for 3/24/2020
"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of
the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I
trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy
shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by
day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at
noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not
come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give
his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands,
lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion
and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore
will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon
me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation."
Psalm 91
This Psalm is very familiar to most of us, and is being passed around Facebook, for a very good reason. It is an awesome promise of God for protection. Today, meditate on Psalm 91. And know that if you dwell in the secret place of the Most High God, he will be your refuge, and no evil or plague will come near your house. God loves you!
Healing Scriptures
This is my daily offering of healing scripture for 3/25/2020
"Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their
distresses. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Oh
that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of
men!" - Psalm 107:19-21
Have to do one more...
My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not
depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that
find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the
issues of life. - Proverbs 4:20-24
As we keep the healing scriptures in our mind and heart, and keep confessing the Word of God, it becomes faith in our heart and manifests in our flesh. Love you all, and remember that God loves you! He is Jehovah Rapha which means He’s The God Who Heals us!
Healing Scriptures
My offering for March 26, 2020
"Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD,
the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his
understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth
strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they
that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles;
they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." - Isaiah 40:28-31
Another one of my favorite scriptures. Strength and health belong to us as a child of God. We renew our strength, our immune systems, every fiber of our being as we remain under the shadow of His wings, just like a little chick under the shelter of their mother. He covers us, and no disease shall befall us.
"Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him
stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was
bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we
are healed." - Isaiah 53:4-5
Healing Scriptures
My offering for March 27th, 2020
"And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and
wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his
statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians:
for I am the LORD that healeth thee." - Exodus 15:26
This was one from the Old Testament. After the Israelites were taken out of Egypt, and the 10 plagues had gone through that land, God was encouraging his people that if they listened to Him, and kept the commandments, none of those plagues would come on them. He is the Lord that Heals us!
"How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who
went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him." - Acts 10:38
This is one from the New Testament. We see Jesus healing ALL that were oppressed by the devil, sickness & disease. Still Jehovah Rapha. He was moved by compassion, and miracles of healing happened. God loves you and wants you well!

My offering for March 28th, 2020
Jeremiah 33:6 - Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto
them the abundance of peace and truth.
Another one of God's promises for healing, abundance and peace. As we see the bad news coming at us from all directions, let's hold on to these promises. God is the same yesterday, today and forever, and He loves each and every one of us.
Malachi 4:2 - But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing
in his wings;

Luke 4:16-21 - "And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom
was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. And there was
delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found
the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to
preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to
the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach
the acceptable year of the Lord. And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and
sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. And he
began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears."
Of course the He in this passage is Jesus. He was quoting from a scripture in Isaiah 61:1. This portion of scripture is really precious to me. I have a testimony about this one, which in the full version is long, but I will shorten it up for you.
When I went to Iquitos, Peru back in the 90's, God had me reading this scripture over and over. I would think I was done, and he told me to read it again. So all of that week, I kept reading it, and God kept sending people that were blind in my path. Every time that I saw a blind person, I would call someone else over to pray for them, because I thought they had more "anointing" than I did. And I felt God's displeasure in what I did.
Finally, on the last day, We went on a boat tour out in the jungle. We stopped at a communal hut, where the people were in their native dress (or undress). There was a girl there that was blind in one eye, and her eye had been shut like that since she was born. After a short show that they put on for us, I had them all come over and pray for salvation. Then I had Janna come to have us pray for her eye. I did it again! I asked my friend Cecelia to pray for her, and she was happy to do that, however all the time she was praying I felt like I was going to explode. Finally I started praying out this scripture, and when I came to the part with "recovery of sight to those that are blind", her eye started to open.
No matter what we feel like, God is the qualifier. He qualifies us to pray for the sick! Amen? It is not in ourselves, or our own ability. It is His ability, and He is able and wants us well!

My offering for March 30th, 2020
1 Peter 2:24 - "Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to
sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed."
There is so much that can be said about that little verse in 1 Peter. Because of what Jesus did, he paid for it all. Sin, sickness, disease, viruses, all of it. They say that the 37 stripes that ripped through his back represented all manner of sickness and disease on the earth. Everything has been put under His feet, when he conquored them by his death and resurrection. He did it for you and for me. We recieve what He did for us, and looking back at the cross, we WERE healed.
Romans 8:11 - "But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that
raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in
you."
Healing Scriptures
My offering for March 31st, 2020
Psalm 23 - "The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green
pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths
of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of
death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou
preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my
cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will
dwell in the house of the LORD for ever."
Even though we walk through many things in this life, this world that is filled with sin, sickness and disease, violence, murder and death, we do not have to be afraid. God is with us! Fear is the most crippling thing, and it is a spirit. I see this every day when I see the news, or even go to the store. It divides people not only from each other but also from God. Fear has no place in a Christian's life. There are 365 instances in the Bible where we are told to "fear not". That is one for every day of the year! I have heard that fear is putting more trust in what the devil can do to you than what God can do for you. Let's put our trust in God!
2 Timothy 1:7 - "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

Exodus 23:25 - "And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy
water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee."
There are so many promises of God for healing in the Bible, and this is one of them. He is the same yesterday, today and forever! This was written thousands of years ago, given to Moses, but it is the same to us today. God does not change his mind, or say 'yes, I did it for them but not for you'. He is the Healer, the Great Physician, and he is not "practicing" (like those in our medical fields).
Numbers 23:19 - "God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should
repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?"

Proverbs 18:21 - "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the
fruit thereof."
This was one of my Mother's favorite scriptures. Don't know how many times I heard her quote it.
So, what are we confessing? Are we saying that we are sick, don't feel well, think we have caught the dreaded virus? Those thoughts might go through our mind, but we don't have to entertain them. When you get a thought like that, look back on what the Word of God says. The Word of God says we are healed, well and strong. We might even have symptoms that are alarming. Don't look at that, look to the Word of God.
When I worked at 3M, we were required to view a video series called "Increasing Human Effectiveness". This is exactly what that series promoted. If someone tells you "you don't look very well... Are you sick"? This guy in the video said to say "No, I am excellent!" Most people will think, "my, I wonder if I am coming down with something." And the more they think about it, the more they WILL feel sick. Even if you say "I'm OK" the guy in the video said on a scale of 1-10 that was about 50%. Not a passing grade.
If you are a Christian, You can say what the Word of God says about being sick. You don't deny the symptoms, but you deny it's right to live in your body.
Isaiah 54:17
No weapon [sickness is a weapon of the enemy] formed against me shall prosper...This is my
heritage as a servant of the Lord...
Healing Scriptures
My offering for April 3rd, 2020
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20
This is the Great Commission given to the Believers by Jesus. Some churches make it the "Great Ommission" because they don't do it. Again in Mark 16:15-18 Jesus says:
Mark 16:15-18 - And he said unto them, "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every
creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be
damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils;
they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly
thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."
The mandate has always been to 1. preach the gospel (good news) to every one.
2. Signs to follow the believers (casting out devils, speak with new tongues, lay hands on the sick)
It does not give the option for people to either recover or not. It says they WILL recover. So in this age of "social distancing" if you need to put gloves on, go ahead. But they will recover. And remember that same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead, dwells in you, and viruses and bacteria have no right to exist in your body.

My offering for April 4th, 2020
Isaiah 40:28-31 - Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD,
the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his
understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth
strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they
that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles;
they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Where does our power come from? If it is in our own strength we will fail. If it comes from the Lord, it will succeed. An eagle soars, opening its wings and letting the air currents carry him. If our trust is in the Lord, then He will propel us to new heights that we had never dreamed of. Do you feel faint and weary? Feel like you are at the end of your rope? Trust in God, and He will give you new strength.
Psalm 67:2 - That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.

I was watching the Hollywood version of "The Ten Commandments" last night. Classic Easter film, and it is truly and epic spectacle. Won't go into all of the errors that they made. It is based on the Bible, but they put their fictional spin on it. The thing that really caught my attention was when the people of Isreal were going out of Egypt, they showed the whole procession, and old people and infirm people being carried out on cots and carts. Never happened. What does the Word of God say about that time?
Psalm 105:37 New King James Version (NKJV)
"He also brought them out with silver and gold,
And there was none feeble among His tribes."
That would really be a feat! To have an estimated 600,000 people, and there were no feeble or sick people among them. That is our God!
Numbers 6:24-26 New King James Version (NKJV)
“The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.” ’

Psalm 42:11 - "Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope
thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God."
Many times when we look around us at the circumstances, we might become depressed, fearful and upset. This is why it is so important to keep the Word of God in front of us at all times. Memorize scripture, meditate on it day and night. Speak it out loud. Do we go through things in our life? Yes, but God is greater than the circumstances.
Psalm 34:19 - "Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them
all."

John 10:10 - "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that
they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."
Does God put sickness and disease on us, whether it is to punish us or try us or test us? No. It is not part of His nature. God is Healing, Life, Peace and Joy. There is a devil in the world, and he is the one that tries to steal our joy, peace and healing among other things. And what Jesus did here on the earth, we can do. We can pray for the sick and they will recover. We can walk in Divine Health. We are the head and not the tail. We are above every virus and disease. Devil we bind you, in Jesus name! You are a defeated enemy, and have no power over us. Praise the Lord!
John 14:12 - "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he
do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father."

Matthew 6:9-13 New King James Version (NKJV)
"In this manner, therefore, pray:
'Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors.
And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.'"
This is the prayer that Jesus taught to his disciples as a model of how we should pray.
1. Come to God in reverence, honoring Him and his name.
2. On earth as it is in Heaven.
3. Submit our requests for provision
4. Forgiveness
5. Ask for deliverance from evil
6 Give glory to God
Number 2 that I listed is "on earth as it is in Heaven". Is there sickness and disease in Heaven? Of course not. As it is in Heaven, so let it be on earth.
Within your sphere of influence, you do not have to permit it. I remember one story from Brother Hagin, about how another pastor came to visit him. That Pastor had diabetes. Brother Hagin told him that as long as he was in his home, his blood sugar would be normal. The Pastor was amazed to find that this was true. You have authority over sickness and disease!
Deuteronomy 11:21 - "That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the
land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth."

Our Covenant
In the scripture it talks about a covenant or solemn pledge that God had with Abraham and then again through Jesus with His death and resurrection. We are coming into the Easter season, and while looking at healing, it will be good to look at this.
In the Old Testament, God told Abraham to "Bring Me a three-year-old heifer, a three-year-old female goat, a three-year-old ram, a turtledove, and a young pigeon.” Then he brought all these to Him and cut them in two, down the middle, and placed each piece opposite the other; but he did not cut the birds in two.
And it came to pass, when the sun went down and it was dark, that behold, there appeared a smoking oven and a burning torch that passed between those pieces. On the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying:
“To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates— the Kenites, the Kenezzites, the Kadmonites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Rephaim, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.” from Genesis 15
This was a covenant of blood, and there is no stronger vow. This has been used in ancient days and sometimes in the present. You did not violate that covenant upon penalty of death. And God will never violate his part. Humans might, but God will not.
In the New Testament we have the story of Jesus, and how He became the sacrifice for us all. He poured out His own blood to pay for our sins ans short comings. He paid for all of the things that have been put on us as a result of sin. Sickness, poverty, sorrow, heart break, pain... All have been paid for through His death and resurrection.
Every time we take communion, we remember what He did for us.
...that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body, which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes. - 1 Corinthians 11:23-26

My offering for April 10th, 2020
This is the day that we call Good Friday
Jesus told his disciples before hand that he was going to die and be resurrected on the cross.
Mark 9:31 - For He taught His disciples and said to them, “The Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of men, and they will kill Him. And after He is killed, He will rise the third day.”
It was foretold many times in what we call the "Old Testament".
Isaiah 53:5 - "But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed."
But when it happened they all ran away and deserted Him, and Peter denied him three times. How many times did He call them "O ye of little faith"? Yet after His death and resurrection, being filled with the Holy Ghost they went out and changed the world. We are world changers, not because of our own strength, but because of who He is and what He did for us. Thank you Jesus!

My offering for April 14th, 2020
I am going to go through some of the healing miracles of Jesus documented in the gospels.
Matthew 4:23-24 - And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and
preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of
disease among the people. And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all
sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed
with devils, and those which were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.
It says that there were many more miracles that Jesus did that were not written down, but let's look at some of these. And remember that Jesus said that you can do even more than He did on this earth, because He is in Heaven and has sent the Holy Spirit to us.
Matthew 7:11 - If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how
much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
Healing
My offering for April 15th, 2020
We are continuing to look at the healing ministry of Jesus.
Matthew 8:2-3 - And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt,
thou canst make me clean. And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou
clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Many times if people seek healing they say "if it is God's will"... It is God's will. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. He does not change. And Jesus only spoke what God told him to speak. What He did for the leper He will do for you.
"For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak." John 12:49 NKJV
"I will... be thou clean."
